Pressure is smooth and flowing rather than deep or corrective. The aim is to help your body feel relaxed enough to soften. Perfect if you’ve been in before and want regular support for stress, tension, or general wellbeing.
This depends on how much stress your body is carrying.
High stress or burnout: weekly or fortnightly for a short period
Maintenance and prevention: every 3–6 weeks
During demanding life periods: regular sessions help stop tension building up
Many clients treat relaxation massage as nervous system maintenance, not a once-off treat.
We’ll briefly talk about how you’re feeling and what you want from the session — calm, rest, emotional release, or simply quiet time.

The room, pace, and pressure are set to help you relax as quickly as possible.
Smooth, continuous movements encourage muscle release and nervous system regulation.
You’ll have time to rest before getting up, without being rushed.
Simple suggestions if helpful, hydration, gentle movement, or rest.
If you need time to unwind without committing to a longer session, 60 minutes gives your body space to settle.
If you need time to properly unwind or a little more time to fully settle, 90 minutes gives your body that space.

You simply pay on the day of your appointment.
Wear whatever you’re comfortable arriving in. During the session, you’ll be appropriately draped with towels. If you prefer to keep more clothing on, we can adapt techniques accordingly.
Hydrate, keep movement gentle, and avoid smashing a heavy workout immediately after deep tissue work (unless that’s been discussed as part of your plan).
