How Often Should I Book?

This depends on how much stress your body is carrying.

  • High stress or burnout: weekly or fortnightly for a short period

  • Maintenance and prevention: every 3–6 weeks

  • During demanding life periods: regular sessions help stop tension building up

Many clients treat relaxation massage as nervous system maintenance, not a once-off treat.

We’ll briefly talk about how you’re feeling and what you want from the session — calm, rest, emotional release, or simply quiet time.

2) Settling in

The room, pace, and pressure are set to help you relax as quickly as possible.

3) Full-body relaxation massage

Smooth, continuous movements encourage muscle release and nervous system regulation.

4) Quiet finish

You’ll have time to rest before getting up, without being rushed.

Relaxation Massage Treatments

This treatment uses steady, flowing techniques designed to help your body slow down and settle.
Rather than focused corrective work, relaxation massage supports your nervous system,  easing the constant “on” feeling that builds with stress, menopause changes, poor sleep, or mental overload.
The focus is general relaxation and how your body feels overall. That might be tight shoulders from holding tension, fatigue that doesn’t lift with rest, or a wired-but-tired feeling that won’t switch off at night. You’ll usually notice longer, rhythmic strokes and a calm pace that allows your muscles to soften gradually.

The aim is deep relaxation,  lighter breathing, reduced tension, and a sense of ease that carries with you after you leave.

If you need time to unwind without committing to a longer session, 60 minutes gives your body space to settle.

No deposit is required.
You simply pay on the day of your appointment.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you’re comfortable arriving in. During the session, you’ll be appropriately draped with towels. If you prefer to keep more clothing on, we can adapt techniques accordingly.

What should I do after my massage?

Hydrate, keep movement gentle, and avoid smashing a heavy workout immediately after deep tissue work (unless that’s been discussed as part of your plan).
